
BMAC served as the consultant engineer for the 2nd floor deck over commercial unit remediation. Initial investigation was done to review the integrity of the membrane, which revealed complete failure. BMAC then was hired to provide design/specification documents, tender process, building permit application, and field review/contract administration. The system included a 2-ply SBS along with exposed reinforced trafficable PMMA system.
