The mixed used development involved a 4-storey wood-frame low-rise building above 2 levels of parkade. BMAC was retained by the developer to provide comprehensive building envelope consulting services for the project. The scope included full envelope design review, construction quality assurance, and performance testing to ensure long-term durability and energy efficiency. The project was completed with zero envelope deficiencies, demonstrating the effectiveness of our proactive quality control approach.
