Centre for Digital Media is a 10,000 sq.ft. tenant improvement project located within the existing CDM college.
Our team was engaged to provide mechanical and plumbing engineering services at the Centre for Digital Media. The scope involved the redesign and modification of existing HVAC and plumbing systems to accommodate the evolving needs of a dynamic educational and creative workspace. Key components included the integration of new ventilation and air distribution systems to support reconfigured layouts, upgrades to domestic water and drainage lines, and coordination of services to support specialty areas such as multimedia labs, collaboration zones, and breakout rooms.
