BMAC served as the consultant engineer for suspended slab membrane renewal. Initial investigation revealed several concrete spalling and rebar corrosion areas on the suspended slab. BMAC then was hired to provide design/specification documents, tender process, and field review/contract administration. The system included PUMA system on the ramp and urethane traffic coating elsewhere. Building is a 8-storey concrete-frame.
