
BMAC served as the consultant engineer for full building envelope renewal (except roof and podium membrane). BECA was first completed confirming that complete building envelope remediation is required. BMAC then was hired to provide design/specification documents, building permit, tender process, and field review/contract administration. The system included rainscreen hardi lap siding, vinyl balcony membrane, railings and windows. Building is a 3-storey wood-frame resting on concrete foundation.
