Located in Vancouver, the aging rental building experienced widespread water infiltration, air leakage, and deteriorating cladding. BMAC initially performed a full building envelope condition assessment and was later engaged to oversee a full building envelope retrofit, including window and door replacement, balcony membrane upgrades, railing replacements, and new cladding installation. The project aimed to improve weather resistance, energy efficiency, and long-term durability.
