
BMAC served as the consultant engineer for full cladding renewal (approximately 1/3 of the complex). BECA was first completed confirming that cladding is required to be remediated. BMAC then was hired to provide design/specification documents, building permit, tender process, and field review/contract administration. The system included rainscreen hardi lap siding. Building is a 4-storey wood-frame resting on concrete foundation.
