BMAC served as the consultant engineer for full sloped roof asphalt shingle replacement (150 units). Roof inspection was first completed confirming that shingles are in need of replacement. BMAC then was hired to provide design/specification documents, tender process, and field review/contract administration. The system included new 40-year asphalt shingles along with improved ventilation. Building is a townhouse complex.
