BMAC served as the plumbing engineer for the domestic re-piping of an existing 36-storey high-rise located in downtown Vancouver. Our team provided comprehensive engineering design, coordination, and construction support throughout the full replacement of the building’s domestic water distribution system. The design included replacing the existing copper piping with Uponor PEX piping, which offered significant savings in material and labor costs over a full copper replacement.
