The Sky is a 22-storey concrete residential high-rise, constructed in 2005 and located in North Vancouver, featuring modern suites and a range of amenities.
Our firm was engaged to provide plumbing re-piping engineering services as part of a proactive renewal strategy. Although the building was relatively modern, the original copper domestic water piping system had begun to exhibit signs of premature wear, including localized leaks and reduced water quality. Our scope included the assessment, design, and coordination of a full domestic water system replacement to enhance long-term performance, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure continued occupant comfort and safety.
