The scope included full replacement of the building’s domestic water distribution and sanitary drainage systems. The existing copper domestic water lines were showing signs of leakage and corrosion, leading to poor water quality and the cast iron sanitary stacks had significantly deteriorated due to rust and had shown frequent leaks.
